The getting-to-know-you stage of the project: we explore what your fit out needs are and explore and expand on your vision for Office design. We’ll work with you to establish a clear brief, then dig into that to identify the best way to bring your vision fit out to reality. Initial contact is generally via email or telephone. And if you decide you want to work with us, it's time to get together for a more detailed briefing session.
If you would like us to proceed to create a design for you to review, an appropriate design deposit based on the scope of the project will be determined to start this exciting phase which will create a 3D computer drawing (rendering) of your project to help you visualize the finished project.
During the first design presentation you will quickly see how your new custom plan addresses your goals and wish-list items. Floor plans, elevations, and photo realistic renderings will help you visualize and understand your new space, while the specifications will provide an initial cost analysis of the proposed plan. Next, we will make any necessary revisions based on your feedback from the design presentation. Once the final changes have been approved and you feel comfortable the project will achieve your goals, we move into the next phase of the project
The build phase of your project is where we take everything visual that’s been created so far, and - as our project manager puts it - “make it work”. We'll combine the visual design with the technical elements outlined during our planning stage to build the required structure that looks beautiful and serves its purpose exactly the way you need it to.
